1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the trit. app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and trit. regarding your use of the App and any services provided through the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. License and App Usage

Subject to these Terms, trit. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the App to any third party
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose

4. User Content

The App may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.

By uploading User Content to the App, you grant trit. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit
• The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• The User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App
• Using the App to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Using the App in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App, or you may delete your account through the settings menu.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRIT. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TRIT. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIT. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIT.'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TRIT. IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
